For Facial Revitalisation with Acupuncture I recommend a minimum of 6 weekly treatments or preferably two treatments a week for 3 weeks. However 6 treatments is an absolute minimum and most people will need more than 6. If you are able to then continue the treatments on a weekly or two-weekly basis, then that’s great, as it’s really good to do this on an ongoing basis.  The more often and regular the treatment is, the more you will see and feel the benefits.

This treatment is also extremely good for stress relief and relaxation. Feel free to call me on the 01903 205379 to make an appointment and ask any questions you might have.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is individually assessed but you will probably need 10 to 12 treatments, on a weekly or, again, twice-weekly basis. It is, of course, dependent on the condition of your skin and the kind of skin that you have. I always, as above, include advice on diet and lifestyle, and the session always includes treatment to support your constitution, for example to improve digestion, help you sleep better, be more relaxed and less anxious etc.

The PhoenixPSThe Phoenix is a universal symbol of resurrection and immortality. It signifies divine royalty and uniqueness and represents gentleness since it crushes nothing it alights on and feeds only on dew. In Chinese terms it is one of the four sacred creatures along with the Tortoise, Dragon and the Unicorn.

What a wonderful symbol for those of us who want to feel well and look good, without drugs, surgery or unnatural or artificial means of any kind!
